About the wine
Quars is a pure Garnacha Blanca. Fresh on the nose with aromas of peach, elderberry, lime zest and with a slight spiciness. Firm on the palate with a wonderful acid structure, balanced and with a long-lasting finish. A fantastic accompaniment to hearty starters and oriental dishes.
