Tasting note
Classic rosé with beautiful salmon red, very fragrant with notes of red fruits, fruit sweets and floral scent. Full and soft, with fresh acidity and a fine fruitiness on the tongue. Nice aftertaste with a subtle creaminess. Drink extremely carefree!
Vinification
Made from organically grown grapes Juice drained from the red wine mash before fermentation (saignée), fermented coolly in steel tanks. Free from animal products - vegan certified.
