About the wine
In 1997, artist and “Yello” star Dieter Meier bought 2,200 hectares of land in the Argentinean Pampa Humeda and founded his organic farm with vineyard called Ojo de Agua.

Tasting note
In the glass, the Puro Malbec/Cabernet shows a dark ruby red, while on the nose a fruity bouquet with juicy aromas of ripe cherries and plums unfolds. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, juicy and complex with lots of fruit and soft tannins. Simply delicious and an absolute treat as an accompaniment to grilled Argentinean beef!
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with ribeye steak, pizza with mushrooms and red meat. Our recommendation: Drink this red wine at a slightly chilled 14°-17°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: now until 2019.
Vinification
Harvested by hand, fermented at a controlled temperature in steel and concrete tanks. 6-month aging in the tank on fine yeast. Free from animal products - vegan certified.
