About the wine
Pure Rosé Mirabeau 2024 is a fresh, vibrant wine bursting with juicy red berries and a smooth, textured finish. Crafted from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and more, it reflects careful vineyard selection and gentle handling to deliver balanced elegance—ideal for sunny afternoons or pairing with light meals.
Tasting note
Pure finesse, from the silky, slightly silvery rosé color to the thousand facets of its bouquet, with fragrant citrus fruits, pink grapefruit, a touch of red summer berries. Finely aromatic and almost irresistible, with fresh acidity and an elegant finish.
Vinification
Maison Mirabeau harvests the grapes early in the morning. By harvesting in the cool hours of the night, the maximum freshness can be extracted from the grapes. They are then immediately gently pressed to the exclusion of Sauertsoff, some also cold mashed and fermented at controlled temperature.
