Tasting note
Color: Deep and dense ruby red. Aroma: Intense bouquet of dark fruits such as juicy cherries and blackberries, combined with cassis, violets and a little vanilla. Character: Full-bodied and lush on the palate with aromas of mocha, caramel and black cherries. Wonderful, aromatic finish!
Culinary recommendation
Excellent with roast or game dishes, paella, tomato risotto, red meat, strong cheese, or grilled fish.
Vinification
The best grapes are processed gently. Temperature-controlled fermentation on your own skin. Ageing in American and French barriques for 18 months.
