Tasting note
In pale yellow glass. The nose is intense and floral, with notes of acacia and honeysuckle. Round on the palate with aromas of apricot, brioche and almonds. Nice long finish. A very elegant wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with egg dishes, fish, veal, cheese, vegetarian dishes
Vinification
Hand harvest. The wine is aged for 8-10 months in oak barrels (15% new) specially made by the Louis Latour coopery with complete malolactic fermentation.
