About the wine
Christmas 2021 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this distinctive red wine 2016 — Puglia IGP Ladislao Negroamaro! With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Barsento masters this red wine in the fertile and blooming countryside of Apulia. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a dining experience when you serve this Negroamaro with salsiccia or pasta Bolognese.
Tasting note
On the nose, it shows aromas of ripe cherries, tobacco, leather and carob. On the palate, Negroamaro is full-bodied, well-structured with strong tannins. Lots of roasted aromas (vanilla) in the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with sausages, barbecues, stews.
Vinification
Fermentation of up to 20 days in steel tanks. Aging for refinement in large oak barrels.
