The “Psagot Sinai” is refreshing, fruity and balanced, with a velvety texture and a long, elegant finish.
Vinification
This wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The grapes come from the vineyards north of Jerusalem at 900 meters above sea level. It matures for 12 months in stainless steel tanks with wooden inserts to combine freshness and structure.
