Vinification
The individual plots were harvested at optimal ripening time and fermented separately. After fermentation, the juices are combined to form a finely balanced cuvée. The Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer grapes come from various vineyards north of the Judean Mountains, at 700 to 900 meters above sea level.
