Vinification
The red wine is an elegant Bordeaux cuvée composed of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The grapes come from various vineyards in the Judean Mountains, located 900 meters above sea level. After careful handpicking, the wine ages in French oak barrels for 12 months, giving it depth, balance and fine spiciness.
