Tasting note
The fruity and fragrant prugneto is named after the first vineyard purchased by the founding family in the 1960s and has been a symbol of Romagna's convivial lifestyle ever since. Intense aromas of red fruits flow from the bright red robe. On the palate, it develops a harmonious freshness, accompanied by soft tannins and delicate notes of violet, cherry and plum before turning into a spicy, long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta, ravioli, red meat and cheese.
Vinification
A few months in oak barrels and barriques (30%).
