Light straw yellow with clear, shiny reflections. On the nose, an expressive and complex bouquet with distinctive herbal notes, accompanied by white-fleshed fruits and fine balsamic notes. Citrus and a touch of stone fruit add extra depth. Full-bodied and well-structured on the palate, characterized by aging on fine yeast. The lively freshness and a precisely, harmoniously integrated natural acidity ensure elegance and drinking flow.
