About the wine
A full-bodied wine with finesse and pleasant aging. A prime example of aging in barrels: Perfect balance of ripe fruit and the spicy and roasted notes of wood. Wonderful with barbecues!

Tasting note
Cherry color with purple border On the nose, intense aromas of ripe fruit paired with well-integrated wood, which brings in pleasant toast and sweet spicy notes. Extremely balanced and tasty on the palate. The aftertaste is once again reminiscent of ripe fruit.
Culinary recommendation
Grilled meat and vegetables as well as with Spanish specialities such as fabada or Iberian ham.
Vinification
12 months in new French (33%), one-year (34%) and two-year (33%) French and American oak barrels, followed by 12 months in bottle.
