Tasting note
Bright cherry red color with purple edges. Fresh, where black and red berries mix with spicy, lightly roasted aromas and cocoa from barrel aging. Very smooth and silky in taste, balanced and soft tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Roasted lamb, Italian dishes (pizza, spaghetti bolognese, lasagna), paella, meat stews and semi-hard cheese.
Vinification
9 months in French oak barrels.
