With the delicious Prosecco Valdobbiadene Sup. DOCG Corderie Extra Dry, you will positively surprise your guests. The winemaker from the Italian winery Astoria has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the hallmarks of this sparkling wine, which originates in the enchanting and fertile landscape in Veneto.

Tasting note
Elegant, fruity and typical on the nose. Pleasant on the palate with a nice acidity and strong character.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with an aperitif with and without appetizers!
Vinification
The wine is harvested by hand in September and October. The primary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at approx. 18-19 degrees Celsius with selected yeasts. After resting on the yeasts for a month, it is clarified and decanted to form foam and rests on noble yeasts for another 30 days. After bottling, it remains in the bottle for a few weeks.
