About the wine
Col Vetoraz Col is located between the hills of the same name, surrounded by the wine-growing areas of Valdobbiadene. In 1838, the Miotto family settled here and began growing Prosecco and Cartizze grapes; in 1993 Francesco Miotto founded the company under the name known today. Col Vetoraz produces all its wines with great care from selected, ripe grapes grown in its own winery. The aim of the winery is for the wines to express and fully express the typical taste, uniqueness and complete harmony of the grapes.

Tasting note
Light yellow with fine green reflections, this fresh, balanced, light and fruity sparkling wine bubbles quite intensely in the glass. The subtle bouquet is dominated by apple, pear and citrus fruit and complemented by aspects of muscat and pineapple. The palate is enchanted by a lovely sparkling and very slight initial sweetness, a strong mousse, precise fruit aromas and some grassy notes, yeast and elegant minerals.

Ideal companion for various vegetable dishes.
