Tasting note
Delicate pink of pronounced brilliance with a fine and persistent perlage; intense bouquet with notes of white flowers, apple, pear, typical of prosecco, which blend with clearly recognizable notes of red fruits such as raspberries; fresh and delicate, scented on the palate and repeating the olfactory sensations.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well as an aperitif and as a perfect accompaniment to many dishes, from fish starters to first meals and delicious main courses.
Vinification
The Glera is vinified white by gentle pressing, while the Pinot Nero is vinified red at a controlled temperature and with selected yeasts; Metodo Martinotti (Charmat) foaming, slow fermentation for at least 70 days at a low temperature.
