About the wine
Wine has been made in the Le Colture winery for a whopping 500 years — always under the management of the same family. Cesare Ruggero knows his vines accordingly well and knows how to make incomparable prosecco from them. He is currently passing on the knowledge to his three children, who will soon take over the company.

Tasting note
Floral bouquet, elegant nutmeg notes paired with bergamot; fine mousse on the palate, very fruity, light and tasty body with refreshing acidity, a pleasant sweetness lingers on in the finale.
Culinary recommendation
Classic aperitif — but also goes very well with appetizers, salty, puff pastry and almond pastries.
