About the wine
Villa Sandi is located in the province of Treviso, brightly framed by its green hills. Built in 1622 in Palladian style, this magnificent building is now the headquarters of the company. The villa is located in the middle of a landscape that has always been fertile, characterized by cultivated areas and agricultural companies. The Moretti Polegato family has been dedicated to wines for several generations and has revived old traditions as owners of the villa.

Tasting note
This noble prosecco has a light, straw-yellow color with a fine perlage. The bouquet is intensely fruity with distinct notes of ripe apple. Pleasant and elegant floral notes reminiscent of acacia blossoms. The aromas are fresh, slightly sweet and soft with a fruity finish.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent as an aperitif. This prosecco also goes wonderfully with fish with aromatic herbs and starters.
