Tasting note
This sparkling wine shows fresh aromas of apple and citrus with a soft mineral undertone. It is rounded off with a fine perlage and lively acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to seafood, appetizers and delicious desserts.
Vinification
Manual harvest in early September. Vinification of white grapes with soft pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for approx. 11 — 13 days at 28°C. Sparkling wine fermentation using the Charmat Martinotti method for 30 days. After that, aging in the bottle for approx. 3 months.
