Cantina Pizzolato is an organic pioneer who has been completely committed to organic grape growing since 1991. Today, Cantina Pizzolato is in the hands of the 6th and 7th generations of the family — Settimo Pizzolato, his wife and their three children. The bouquet has an intense aroma with delicate notes of flowers, apples and pears. Citrus fruits provide a nice freshness, and even a touch of peach leaves a wonderfully soft impression. This rosé prosecco is not too sweet, which makes it an absolute all-rounder. The perlage is fine and perfectly rounds off the harmonious taste experience.
