Tasting note
This vintage Prosecco Conegliano Valdobbiadene is bright straw yellow and has a fine and persistent perlage. The scent is very pleasant with notes of acacia flowers and fruits. The taste is dry, harmonious and persistent. After the first sip, you're in the mood for more!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish or white meat, risotto, minestrone, sausages and prosciutto. Excellent aperitif prosecco.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in September. 50% of the must remains on the skins at 6°C for 18 hours (criomacerazione), 50% of the grapes are pressed whole. Sparkling wine is produced using the Chamat method, with the formation of foam for at least 45 days.
