Tasting note
A rosé with a very fine perlage that enhances its shine in the glass. On the nose, intense fruity notes of Renette (apple varieties with dense, distinctive flesh) and red berries. On the palate, Prosecco Rosé is soft with floral and fruity aromas.

Apéro, fish, sushi, light dishes
Vinification
A blend of young wine from Glera and Pinot Noir is fermented in a pressure tank using the Charmat method and aged on the yeast for 60 days before bottling.
