Tasting note
Eye: Straw yellow in color. Nose: Fine and elegant bouquet of fruits and minerals. Tasty with a long finish. Palate: with pleasant acidity, complemented by a suitable sweetness.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent as an aperitif or throughout the meal.
Vinification
Natural fermentation is followed by a second fermentation in stainless steel barrels for at least 3-4 months. During bottling, the residual sugar is dosed in order to achieve the value of the extra dry.
