A wonderfully fruity and uncomplicated vintage prosecco from the renowned house Allegrini, which was named Winery of the Year by Gambero Rosso in 2016. Tasting note
Pale yellow with greenish reflections. In the elegant nose, aromas of yellow apple, almond blossoms and toasted white bread develop. The fresh start is followed by a soft fruit reminiscent of mirabelles and summer melons, accompanied by a pleasant mousse and fine liveliness. Very balanced, a delicate fruit sweetness leads to a charming finale.
Culinary recommendation
This wine goes wonderfully with antipasto, risotto, vegetable terrines and snacks. It is also ideal with fruit salad, panettone or as a refreshing aperitif.
