Tasting note
Straw yellow with greenish reflections, elegant aromas of white flowers, typically fruity with intense aromas of golden apple. In the mouth, it is fresh, delicate and agile, balanced and light in alcohol with a long fruity finish.
Culinary recommendation
Apéritif, ideal with fish and also with starters
Vinification
The base wine is kept on lees in stainless steel tanks. Foam stability results from slow secondary fermentation in large closed containers at around 12°C.
