Tasting note
Fine perlage with fruity and floral aromas. The delicate residual sugar content accentuates the notes of juicy apples, ripe pears and a fine almond scent, perfectly complemented by the elegance of acacia blossoms. On the palate, the fine, persistent perlage envelops the palate with a soft, velvety and harmonious mousseux that makes every sip a special experience.

Vinification
The grapes harvested by hand are gently pressed. The must is then fermented with selected yeasts at a temperature of 15°C. The second fermentation is carried out using the Charmat method at low temperatures to ensure the fine and persistent perlage of the wine.
