Tasting note
Brilliant in appearance, straw-yellow with yellowish hues. On the palate, fruity aromas of apricot, apple and citrus fruits, accompanied by floral jasmine aromas. The taste is fresh and balanced.
Culinary recommendation
Aperitif, antipasti and light appetizers.
Vinification
For wine production, the grapes are gently pressed with gentle pressure. The juice is fermented for 15 days by adding selected yeasts and at a controlled heat of 18°C. The base wine is stored in temperature-controlled INOX stainless steel tanks at 8°C until sparkling. The seeding is brought about by a secondary fermentation in a pressure tank at a temperature of 18° C. using selected yeasts. The seeding lasts about 30 days.
