Tasting note
The light yellow sparkling wine bubbles intensely in the glass; a bouquet of fresh citrus and apple aromas rises to the nose. The palate is spoiled by full fruit, a slight opening sweetness as well as a nice freshness, softness and a complex, balanced aroma structure.
