Tasting note
Riva dei Frati Prosecco DOC Rose extra dry has a fine perlage with creamy mousse. The color is bright pale pink. On the nose, Prosecco Rose is intense and delicate, with typical floral notes of acacia and rose, fruity with hints of peach and small red berries. The palate is soft and well-structured, fresh and harmonious with a fruity finish.

Vinification
The Riva dei Frati Prosecco DOC Rose extra dry was vinified from 85-90% Glera and 10-15% Pinot Nero grapes. Fermentation took place in autoclaves using the Martinotti method. Prosecco took at least 60 days to produce.
