Tasting note
In light salmon with sparkling pink accents. This rosé prosecco from Vedova is balanced and wonderfully fruity and fresh. The scent is reminiscent of various red berries, peaches and herbs, complemented by the seductive scent of white flowers and a hint of grapefruit. It has an extremely elegant and persistent perlage and its finish is smooth and long-lasting.

Goes well with aperitifs, starters, Asian dishes, risotto, fine fish dishes and shellfish, as well as all festive occasions.
