Tasting note
Bright straw yellow and fine, elegant perlage. Aromatic on the nose, with notes of apple and fresh flowers. Tasty and fragrant on the palate.

A versatile accompaniment to aperitifs as well as fish dishes
Vinification
The Glera grapes are harvested and then gently pressed immediately. The must is then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation takes place in large pressure fermentation tanks, the so-called autoclaves. These keep the wine under pressure throughout the fermentation process. This method gives the wine fine bubbles as well as crisp, floral and fruity aromas.
