Tasting note
Fresh and lively. There are predominantly citrus aromas, but also hints of exoticism and floral nuances. Dry, straight and elegant on the palate, with a nice freshness and persistence on the finish. A perfect accompaniment to an informal aperitif.

Stylish accompaniment to an aperitif with puff pastry pastries, light fish dishes or tapas.
Vinification
After harvesting, the Prosecco grapes are pressed. Subsequent fermentation of the must in stainless steel tanks with development of carbon dioxide under strict temperature control. The yeast deposit is removed by filtering before bottling.
