Tasting note
Light straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The perlage is rich and persistent. The scent of flowers, juicy pears, delicate citrus notes will delight. Very elegant on the palate, yellow-footed with a pleasant mousse. The finish is long and fruity.

Vinification
The grape harvest for Prosecco Argeo takes place in September. The first fermentation is carried out without skins at a controlled temperature for 8 days. The subsequent second fermentation is carried out slowly in large closed barrels at 14-15°C
