About the wine
The winery was founded by the father of the current owner Carlo Biasotto at the beginning of the 20th century. The company mainly produces sparkling wine. Carlo Biasotto and his wife are both studied oenologists.

Vinification
This Prosecco is made from high-quality grapes from the Valdobbiadene area and is entirely in line with Foss Marai's style. Fermentation takes place in a pressure tank.
