About the wine
The Il Colle winery was founded in 1977 in San Pietro di Feletto in the midst of the Prosecco DOCG from Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. The Ceschin family has been making wine since the 1920s and has remained faithful to this tradition from generation to generation, becoming over time the Il Colle company synonymous with consistent quality and making it one of the most sought-after wineries in the area. The harmony with nature and the preference for a lively product were the reason for Il Colle to expand the winery and modernize the production methods.

Tasting note
Light straw yellow with greenish reflections. Aromas of apple, banana, exotic fruit, notes of peach and yellow rose. On the palate, dry, slightly salty, balanced and harmonious.
Culinary recommendation
Wonderful as an aperitif, but also goes well with starters.
