Light red color with fine perlage and pink foam. On the nose, fresh, fruity notes of red fruits and flowers. An invigorating palate with lovely freshness and balance.

Vinification
Early harvest to maintain good acidity and freshness. Gentle pressing followed by fermentation at just 15°C. The second fermentation takes place for at least 60 days in a high-grade steel tank, where the perlage is produced (Charmat method).
