About the wine
The large cooperative was founded in 1957 and has been a reference point ever since - not only in the picturesque landscape between Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, but also for the entire Prosecco region. Numerous winegrowers, including smaller ones, work together with the cooperative, so that despite the size of the production, the care of the vineyards and harvesting, which is so important for the high quality, are done by hand. The grapes are finally processed further in the ultra-modern cellar with the greatest technical knowledge and skill. Fun in bottles, especially the nudo, which is bottled especially for us.

Tasting note
A sweet moment full of happiness. Full of joie de vivre, jumps out of the glass, seems completely unspoiled and yet available for everything, juicy pear, apple. Green, fresh and green notes, and the look, wax. On the palate, exuberant pleasure, sweet and fresh, apple and pear, yet extremely carefree, sometimes sweet sometimes cheeky, simply turns on, fine, discreet sweetness with a slightly tart twist. Good mood on the flat!
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Prosecco BRUT NUDO DOC goes perfectly with appetizers, aperitifs and salmon pastes.
Vinification
Read by hand. Fermentation with the vineyard's own yeasts in steel tanks and finally in an autoclave (pressure vessel).
