Tasting note
Bosco di Gica is the historic name of the location in which the family-owned vineyards are located. The origin of the grapes and the production correspond to those of the traditional Spumante Prosecco. Brut is a bit drier, although it has the mild taste typical of the grapevine. It has a pleasant light acidity and a distinct scent and is ideal as an aperitif. But it also goes well with fish, crustaceans and seafood. It is served at 7° - 8°C and should not be left in the refrigerator for too long.
