Tasting note
Straw yellow color with slight green reflections. Immediately intense on the nose, complex scent, white flowers and peach. Fresh, fruity and lively. Full-bodied and soft. Well-balanced and long-lasting.

Vinification
Cool fermentation for approx. 15 hours. Aging the wine in concrete barrels at a low temperature. The wine is then stored on fine yeast for 2-3 months.
