Tasting note
Color: intense, bright pink Fragrance: Floral scents of rose and violet with small nuances of redcurrant and raspberry On the palate: Tasty, rounded mouthfeel, typical of the Montepulciano grape variety. Remaining with good structure. The aftertaste is reminiscent of delicate floral and fruity notes. Fruity nuances.
Vinification
The berries are pressed without stalks and with the addition of CO2 so that the primary aromas are retained. This is followed by a short cold maceration at 14-15 degrees Celsius for approx. 6 hours. This is how all aromas are extracted from the berries. The wine is then stored on fine yeast for several months to increase its structure.
