Tasting note
Clear golden yellow. Intense lemon aromas and nuances of dry straw flow through the nose. On the palate, it is elegant, mineral and very aromatic complex of citrus fruits, vineyard peaches and white flowers. The crisp acidity is well integrated and offers a long, concentrated finish.

Freshwater fish, hard cheese, poultry, veal
Vinification
A blend of traditional Portuguese grape varieties are used for the Procura Branco. After manual harvesting, the grapes are carefully selected in the cellar. The first part of the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, the second part in French barrels of second and third occupancy. Subsequent maturation for eight months in French barriques.
