Tasting note
The sparkling wine gives off an intense scent of spicy herbs and elderflowers, combined with ripe fruit notes of apple and pear and a subtle peppery spice. On the palate, the soft sweetness of wild fruit, grapes and peaches unfolds, followed by a herbaceous centrepiece and a spicy aftertaste reminiscent of elderflower.
Culinary recommendation
Strong, aromatic aperitif is also often served over ice cream, with desserts with elderflowers or exotic fruits and with fresh goat cheese with rosemary.
