Tasting note
The scent of this wine reveals a dense fruitiness of sour cherry, blackcurrant and elderberry, accompanied by fresh lime notes. On the palate, there are dark berry aromas of sour cherry, currants and elderberries, complemented by the stimulating acidity of quince and lime. Fine carbon dioxide provides refreshing freshness and rounds off the taste experience.
