Tasting note
Unbelievably dark, the wine nestles against the glass and exudes wonderful fruit aromas of flowers and spices. Once blackcurrants dominate, then the violets take over to later hand over to the spice department. An exciting bouquet. On the palate, it shows off the elegant side, with silky tannins and a well-proportioned body. His balance is second to none! A great priory from a rather cool corner of the growing region.
Culinary recommendation
With (Spanish) stews, Mediterranean rice pan, grilled meats, mature cheeses.
