Tasting note
The refreshing aromas of fruit compote, spices and tobacco express a lot of character with a very special structure. Next, the fruity nuances of black cherry, black plum and black pepper reveal their own character. A fruity red wine with a strong body and dominant acidity, which unfolds its complex structure in a balanced way with finely developed tannins on the tongue and palate.

Vinification
The grapes come from old, carefully selected vines on Llicorella slate soils and are carefully picked by hand. After traditional vinification, it is aged in high-quality barriques to promote complexity and longevity
