About the wine
Dry white wine with fruity and floral aromas combined with a broad palate and great structure. His complexity shows his remarkable personality. It has a mineral background, notes of ripe fruit and a buttery texture that comes from battonage.

Culinary recommendation
It goes well with all types of fish, especially seafood, but also with white meat and green vegetables. It's suitable for moderately sweet desserts, such as pudding and natural fruit, and it's perfect to enjoy alone!
Vinification
The various grape varieties of this wine are harvested at their optimal time of maturation and fermented separately at an initial temperature of 14°C. This fermentation takes place in French oak barrels, where battonage begins. After six months of aging, the wine is bottled.
