Tasting note
This late harvest offers a whole range of ripe and yellow fruits, from exotic mango to fresh lemon. The fruity sweetness harmonizes with its fine acidity and subtle minerality, ideal with fish and steamy meats.
Culinary recommendation
The perfect companion for Aperos in combination with salty snacks, puff pastry or all types of hors d'oeuvres. Perfect with seafood — from mussels to grilled pulpo or crustaceans such as lobsters or shrimps.
Vinification
In order to achieve the fine fruit of the wine, an intensive negative selection of unsuitable grapes was carried out. The grapes were then gently pressed in the winery's press house. Fermentation took place exclusively in refrigerated stainless steel tanks.
