Tasting note
Color: Dense ruby red with medium, purple reflections. Aromatics: Ripe, fruity bouquet of plums, licorice, coffee and tobacco, an earthy mineral touch, vegetal, variety-typical note in the end. Body: Very long start, tempting, sweet-looking fruit, strong on the palate, distinctive tannins, compote-like aromas that reverberate for a long time, slightly tart in the finale. Quality: A surprising combination with spicy Asian cuisine.

Goes well with wild meat birds with dried plums or Asian dishes such as udon noodles.
