Tasting note
Sparkling cherry red with strong purple reflections, indicated viscosity. Opulent bouquet of blackcurrants, plums and slightly exotic notes of coconut, chocolate and some fresh mint. Full-bodied yet delicate, velvety and balanced with a beautiful texture and impressive fullness, perfectly integrated wood. Impressive fruitfulness.

Goes well with meat and vegetable stews as well as venison.
